Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: AP 1.3: Experts from various disciplines with expertise in drug supply and/or the effects of heat on health. A diversity of professions from inpatient, outpatient, and various specialized care providers, as well as representatives from professional societies and associations, is sought for the composition of the Delphi panel. - All target groups (min. 18 years old) with sufficient physical and mental capacity to participate. - Informed consent after invitation and online information on data protection regulations - Individuals of all genders (m/f/d) and any ethnic background can participate in the Delphi process. AP 2: Adults who are capable of giving consent and who will be involved in clinical practice with patient contact during the study period are recruited. A total of 30 persons should be distributed among the following health professions: - 5 outpatient physicians - 5 inpatient physicians - 5 nurses - 5 medical assistants (MFA) - 5 pharmacists - 5 pharmaceutical technical assistants (PTA) Additional criteria: - informed consent AP 3: 10 Adults who are capable of giving informed consent will be recruited — individuals who, during the study period, are receiving primary care treatment for one or more chronic conditions and are taking one or more medications on the CALOR list. Exclusion criteria: AP 1.3: Insufficient German language skills for participation in the study. AP 2: Planned end of employment during the study period. Insufficient German language skills for participation in the study. AP 3: Cognitive limitations that prevent participation in the study. Insufficient German language skills for study participation. A professional medical background that would lead to a distortion of the lay perspective.
