Group 1: Cross-sectional study on patients with dementia in acute geriatric psychiatry (1 measurement)
Measured outcomes:
1. Incidence and severity of sarcopenia (sarcopenia screening algorithm by E
2) Muscle strength measured by hand grip ]hand dynanometer] & 5x Sit to stand test
3) Muscle mass measured via bioelectric impedance analysis [BIA]
4) physical performance via "Timed up and go-Test" [TUG], "Short Physical Performance Battery" [SPPB] and "4m-walking test")

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Icd-10 diagnosis of delrium superimposed on dementia, dementia or depression 2) consent to participate (confirmed by written consent either by patient or legal guardian) 3) ability to perform simple mobility tasks (ability to walk at elast 4 metres without support)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) no written or general consent to participate 2) Immobility
