Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inadequate anonymization, lack of informed consent from study participants, patients are not able to give consent, traumatic aortic pathology due to accident, data transfer outside the Heidelberg Portal for Medical Data Models (https://medical-data-models.org)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The main criterion is to examine whether genetic mutations in candidate genes or genetic risk variants can be identified in affected patients

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
As secondary criteria, the clinical outcome for the therapy options (surgical therapy, endovascular therapy, conservative therapy) will be examined and evaluated.
