Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Presence of a mild or moderate depressive disorder according to ICD-10 diagnosis - Written consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Presence of acute psychotic symptoms - Presence of acute suicidal tendencies or self-endangerment, resulting in a direct need for treatment - Presence of a severe intellectual disability that prevents participation - Presence of an advanced and incurable illness - Diagnosed bipolar disorder or schizophrenia - Current participation in another treatment or intervention study - Current use of a DiGA for the treatment of depressive disorders - No capacity to consent - Motor and sensory impairments that prevent the use of a smartphone - Insufficient knowledge of German
