Inclusion criteria: healthy subjects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic illnesses and regular medication use. Employees of the Institute of Anatomy II.

MeasureTime frame
sleep quality The objective sleep quality is recorded using a longitudinal Fitbit sleep analysis for 24 weeks. After the 24 weeks, subjective sleep quality (PSQI) as well as depression and anxiety (PHQ4) are recorded once using standardized questionnaires.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Potential influencing factors on sleep quality The chronotype and chronotype-related parameters such as social jet lag and sleep deficit are collected using longitudinal Fitbit sleep analysis for 24 weeks. After the 24 weeks, body measurements and general living conditions and depression/anxiety are collected once using questionnaires.
