Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients whose symptoms (typical symptoms of post-Covid syndrome) have persisted for more than 12 weeks (after Covid-19 infection)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: post-vaccine syndrome severe physical or mental illness that prevents participation in the study

Measurement time points: - at presentation at the post-COVID center (T0) - Follow-up after at least 3 months by sending a link to the questionnaire (T1) - second follow-up 9 months after T1 (T2) web-based questionnaire battery (T0, T1 and T2): Fatigue assessed with the Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) Post-exertionel-malaise measured with the PEM Sleep disorders measured with Insomnia Severtiy Index (ISI) Depression assessed with the Patient Health Questionnaire for depression (PHQ-15) Generalized anxiety measured with the Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) Somatic symptoms measured with the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) Social support measured with the Enriched Social Support Inventory (ESSI, social support) Sense of Coherence measured with the Sense of Coherence Scale (SOC-3) Subjective experience of stress measured with the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS -4) Psychological stress in somatic stress disorder assessed with the Somatic Symptom Disorder (SSD-12) Patient Competence in Coping with Illness Questionnaire (PUK-2) (= a version of the Patient Competence in Coping with Cancer Questionnaire, PUK, adapted for post-Covid symptoms) In addition, socio-demographic data and data on health behavior (e.g. smoking, alcohol consumption, etc.) of the patients are collected - At T1 (follow-up), patients also receive the following questionnaires: Questions on satisfaction with the post-Covid center, previous illnesses, course, severity of the post-Covid illness and vaccination as well as post-Covid-specific treatments (medication, etc.) received in the meantime (self-constructed) Health status questionnaire (SF-12) Pain (self-constructed) Most severe post-COVID symptoms (self-constructed) Achievement motive (AMS-10) Quality of life (WHO-QOL) Loneliness with the Loneliness Scale (LS-S) - neuropsychological examination (T0): Assessment of declarative verbal memory including encoding and retrieval performance as well as r
