Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with single kidney: - Age: 0 to 18 years - Compliance with the examination - depending on the group: presence of renal agenesis, multicystic kidney disease (MCKD), post-nephrectomy or presence of a transplant kidney - No current infection - no mass in/on the kidney - written declaration of consent from the patient's legal guardian or, if the patient is of legal age, for the study to be conducted. Minor patients who are capable of consent should consent to the study alongside their parents Inclusion criteria for kidney-healthy control group and for adult subjects: - Age: 0 to 18 years (patients) or 18 to 30 years (adult subjects) - Compliance with the examination - Two kidneys with an unremarkable sonographic B-scan - no renal pathologies or diseases of the urinary system - no acute urinary tract infection in the last 28 days - no current inflammatory processes in the kidney (B-scan, laboratory) - No chronic medication intake - no hypertension - no diabetes mellitus - no acute infection - no mass in/on the kidney - written declaration of consent from the patient's legal guardian or, if the patient is of legal age, for the study to be conducted. Minor patients who are capable of consent should consent to the study alongside their parents

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- Elasticity (stiffness) of the renal parenchyma in kPa - Shear wave velocity in m/s

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Elastography values (elasticity, shear wave velocity) - Change in elastography values (elasticity, shear wave velocity)
