Group 1: Retrospective analysis of routine data from research practices on patients with a diagnosis of left heart failure (ICD10 HFrEF (I50.1x+G)) in the last 12 months (4 quarters) aged > 18 years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of HEFrEF left heart failure (HEFrEF: ICD-10-GM Code: I50.) 2 consultations in the last 12 months, ability to consent or consent from legal guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age under 18 years, LVEF > 40 percent, no consent, no consultation in the last 12 months

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of this study is to validly record the documentation situation as well as the care and treatment of heart failure in general practitioners' practices.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The heart failure use case serves to test the Baden-Württemberg research practice network “FoPraNet-BW” for its functionality in relation to the implementation of studies, using the infrastructure set up in the network and made available to the general practitioner research practices.
