Inclusion criteria: Healthy, physically active

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic conditions (e.g., diagnosed hypertension or diabetes mellitus, chronic pain), acute injuries, regular intake of pain medication, and pregnancy.

PinPrick and Pressure Algometer Evoked Potentials in EEG under Different Conditions (Stimulus without Condition and Stimulus with Conditioning Cold Stimulus [Cold Bath 6°C])

- Pain perception on a visual analog scale in response to the mechanical noxious stimulus (512 mN Pinprick) with and without conditioned pain modulation. - Pressure pain threshold measured using a pressure algometer with and without conditioned pain modulation. - Physical performance (maximum oxygen uptake capacity [VO2max]; Maximum isokinetic strength of the thigh flexors and extensors; maximum grip strength).
