Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: planned cardio surgery procedure with computer tomography angiography of the supra aortal arteries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Active otitis externa or diseases of the ear that prevent the sensor from being worn - Pre-existing neurological disease that prohibits a change in head position (so-called intracranial pressure patients)
