Inclusion criteria: Members of a German-speaking university: students, employees, managers; good knowledge of German

MeasureTime frame
(1) Mental health stigma, assessed at T1 (shortly before the start of the intervention), T2 (shortly after the end of the intervention) and T3 (6 months after the end of the intervention), using the Opening Minds Scale- Workplace Attitudes (OMS-WA), an item on prognostic pessimism, as well as the "Agreement" subscale of the Self-Stigma of Mental Illness Scale-Short Form (SSMIS-SF), the Value-based Stigma Inventory (VASI), the Self-Stigma Of Seeking Psychology Help Scale (SSOSH), the Stigma Scale for Receiving Psychological Help (SSRPH) and assessed qualitatively (at T2) in focus groups; (2) Openness towards psychological problems, assessed at T1, T2 and T3, using the "Psychological Openness" subscale of the Inventory Of Attitudes Toward Seeking Mental Health Services (IASMHS) and qualitatively (at T2) in focus groups; 3) Willingness to seek help, assessed at T1, T2 and T3, using a list of support services, each of which is to be rated on a 6-point Likert scale, as well as qualitatively (at T2) in focus groups; if affected, the actual utilisation of these services, dichotomously with yes/no and only asked at T3.

(1) Resilience, assessed at T1 (shortly before the start of the intervention), T2 (shortly after the end of the intervention) and T3 (6 months after the end of the intervention), using the Brief Resilience Scale (BRS); (2) subjective well-being, assessed at T1, T2 and T3, using the WHO-5 Well-being Index (WHO-5) (3) mental health literacy, assessed at T1, T2 and T3, using the Mental Health Literacy Scale (MHLS; for students)/Mental Health Literacy tool for the Workplace (MHL-W-G; for employees and managers); (4) Continuum beliefs about health, assessed at T1, T2 and T3, using the Continuum Beliefs Scale (CBS); (5) Essentialism beliefs, assessed at T1, T2 and T3, using the Essentialist Beliefs Scale (EBS); (6) Empathy towards people with mental illness, measured at T1, T2 and T3 using 3 items; (7) Intergroup anxiety towards people with mental illness, assessed at T1, T2 and T3 using the Intergroup Anxiety Scale (IAS)
