Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Burns > 20% TBSA, Grade II-IV – First aid in general anesthesia in the severe burn center – At least one surgical treatment during the inpatient course

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pregnancy - TEN/Lyell-syndrome - Age < 18 yrs - Primary palliative concept of therapy

MeasureTime frame
Difference between actually applied relative amount of liquid and the calculated guideline value of 4 ml/kg body weight/% TBSA according to the Parkland formula

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The clinical consequences of the difference between the amount of fluid actually administered and the amount of fluid determined in advance using the Parkland/Baxter formula on the individual organ systems and surgical care.
