Group 1: The experimental group performs a combined core strength training and balance training twice a week for a period of six weeks. Group 2: The control group performs core strength training twice

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic low back pain longer than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological disorders Previous spinal surgeries Supination trauma within the last 6 months

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The target criterion is six weeks of therapy. After the sixth week, the post-measurements are collected. Pain is assessed using questionnaires, trunk muscle strength with the specialized equipment, balance with the Y-Balance Test, and sleep quality with the PSQS questionnaire.

There will be no secondary time points.
