The participant will be asked to carry a device in the months for 48 hours. The device will measure the oral pH.
Group 2: Caries active group

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -At least 24 remaining teeth -Informed consent as documented by signature
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Pregnant and lactating women -Citrus fruit allergy -Any kind of dental prosthesis -Inability to understand the study procedures for linguistic or cognitive reasons.
