Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with a diagnosis of an inflammatory rheumatic disease (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis (psoriatic arthritis, axial spondyloarthritis) myositis, scleroderma, vasculitis) - Patients with an increased risk of developing an inflammatory rheumatic disease (psoriasis, anti-CCP positive patients (preRA)) - Patients with degenerative joint diseases (gonarthrosis) - Healthy controls - Written consent for study participation and data protection

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who are not mobile on foot

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Do patients with different RMDs show disease-typical patterns of physical activity? Which physical activity parameters are suitable for mapping the disease activity of different RMDs?

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
What influence does the level of physical activity have on treatment response? What influence does the level of physical activity have on remission (e.g. time-to-flare) when discontinuing therapy? How do comorbidities, age, gender, quality of life and disease-related disability affect disease-specific activity patterns?
