Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Squad membership of NK1 - OK Athletes of all competition distances

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pain and/or injury of the lower extremity, in the groin or hip area and the lumbar spine, with training and/or competition failure. Pain from VAS (Visual Analog Scale) 3 or higher, during testing

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoints are standardized values for abduction and adduction strength, the ratio of abduction and adduction strength and the standardized values for hip mobility. Each athlete is measured once during the observation period between June and October 2024. The measured values are determined using a hand-held dynamometer (HOGGAN SCIENTIFIC, LLC, Salt Lake City, UT), a gonimeter, inclinometer and measuring tape.

MeasureTime frame
The secondary endpoints relate to the influence of height, weight and age on hip strength, the difference between short and long distance and the inside and outside leg of the athletes.
