Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who are to be included in the WeanNet registry by the Heidelberg Thoraxklinik and who consent to the study, or whose legal representation consents to inclusion in WeanNet and the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lack of consent, minority
