Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with total hip arthoplasty performed at Eisenberg Patients with preoperative irradiation (24h pre-op) or postoperative diclofenac treatment Patients with x-ray images immediatly (3-5 days post op) post-op and at least 365 days post-OP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with missing x-ray image Patients with a radiation <24h before operation
