| The following assessments are planned: •Risk of malnutrition: Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA) •Cognition: Mini Mental Status Test (MMST) •Depression: Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) •Quality of life: World Health Organisation Quality of Life (WHOQOL-BREF) •Mobility: Parker Mobility Score/ New Mobility Score •Sarcopenia: Sarc-F Score •prognosis: Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI) The following tests/measurements will be carried out in the study: •Timed Up and Go (TUG) •Hand force measurement (using a dynamometer) •Bioimpedance analysis (BIA) for the objective determination of body fat, body water and muscle mass The following parameters, which are regularly collected during dialysis, are taken from the medical record: •Blood pressure •Heart rate •Body weight •Hemoglobin level •Oral or parenteral additional food (yes/no) In addition, the patient and the attending physician are asked to provide a brief subjective assessment of the domains examined. During the course, the patient and doctor receive personal feedback about the results of the testing. | — |
