Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. consent of the patient 2. surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age < 18 years 2. refusal of the patient 3. Patients after apoplex 4. hemodynamically relevant carotid stenosis 5. post neurosurgical intervention 6. normal pressure hydrocephalus 7. arterial hypertension 8. COPD
