Group 1: Verum group: intake of 60 mL carrot shot (2000 mg/L anthocyanins) per day for 28 days. Group 2: Placebo group: intake of 60 mL of placebo shot (0 mg/L anthocyanins) per day for 28 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healty with BMI = 27-29,9 kg/m²

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vegetarians, vegans, colds, allergies, taking medication, taking supplements of any kind
