Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Research assistants, post docs and physicians in university medicine who supervise doctoral theses, and their doctoral students 2) Electronic devices are available (computer, smartphone) 3) Fixed-term position does not expire within the intervention period, but may expire within the follow-up period 4) Sufficient knowledge of German and/or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participation in other mentoring programs or intervention studies
