Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - all nationalities -diagnoses (asthma, COPD, long Covid) must be confirmed by a doctor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Cold that occurred less than 4 weeks ago - Ex-smokers who smoked until less than 3 months ago -Pregnancy -Claustrophobia - Decompensated heart failure

Asthma: Reduction of type 2 inflammation of the airways due to speleotherapy: measuring instrument: FeNO; after 3 weeks and after 2 months. COPD: Increase of respiratory capacity through speleotherapy: measurement of lung function: FEV1; FEV1%/FVC, PEF (measuring device: Pneumotrac RMS) after 3 weeks and after 2 months. Long Covid: increase in respiratory capacity: Measurement of lung function: MIP, FEV1%, FVC, PEF, (measuring device: Pneumotrac RMS) after 3 weeks and after 2 months. Increase in CO2 content in exhaled air: measurement of petCO2 (EMMA capnograph from Masimo) after 3 weeks and after 2 months.

Asthma: after 3 weeks and after 2 months. - Increase of respiratory capacity through speleotherapy: measurement of lung function: FEV1; FEV1%/FVC, PEF (Instrument: Pneumotrac RMSJ) -Estimating the burden of disease through a standardized questionnaire: AQLQ (Asthma Quality of Life Questionaire) COPD: after 3 weeks and after 2 months. - Reduction of type 2 inflammation of the respiratory tract due to speleotherapy: measuring instrument: FeNO; - Estimation of the burden of disease by means of a standardized questionnaire: CAT (COPD Assessment Test) Long-Covid: - Increase in respiratory capacity: Measurement of lung function: MIP, FEV1%, FVC, PEF, (measuring device: Pneumotrac RMS from Vitalograph) - Reduction of disease symptoms: Patient Long Covid Syndrome Questionnaire (Median Clinic Group), Fatigue Questionnaire FAS (Fatigue Assessment Scale), Increase in CO2 content in the blood: - Increasing the CO2 pressure in the blood: Measurement of pCO2 with blood gas analysis
