Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • histologically confirmed carcinoma, or high suspicion of a carcinoma based on imaging • the patient must be capable of understanding the content of the consent form and provide written consent to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • pregnancy/nursing women • patients unable to give consent • second neoplasia = 5 years before study enrollment • chronic inflammatory bowel disease under treatment
