Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Bronchoscopy with BAL is scheduled in our center • Consent to study participation by patient and legal guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Clinical indication for the use of a laryngeal mask (e.g. interventional bronchoscopy, known difficult airway) • Bronchoscopy performed via tracheostoma
