Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of the study is resistance testing and adequate therapy at the beginning of the diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori to avoid treatment failure and requirement of new diagnostic biopsies. Additionally we want to get regional resistance data and save antibiotics to affect development of resistance positively. We want to measure this aim with culturing of Helicobacter pylori in routinely taken gastric biopsies and sensitivity testing. The doctor of subsequent treatment will be informed to wait for sensitivity test results before starting the eradication therapy. Furthermore, we want to contact this doctor after 2-3 months again to get information about subscribed antiobiotics and therapeutic success.
