Group 1: The study group will be composed of patients experiencing reflux and other pressure-dependent complications (such as staple line insufficiency/fistula formation, obstruction/stenosis, etc.).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Indication for bariatric-metabolic surgery, informed consent provided
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not provide consent, those who have previously undergone surgery on the esophagus or stomach, or those with severe esophageal motility disorders will be excluded from the study.
