Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients with Peri-implantitis affected Implants in the non-aesthetic zone • Infrabony defect depth > 3mm • 2 and 3-wall bone defects • Sufficient bone to reach primary stability with the immediate implant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Heavy Smokers (over 10 cig/day) • Untreated periodontal disease • 1-wall-defects • Severe bruxism • Non-compliance • Systemic diseases • Pregnancy
