Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All persons who are able to give consent, who have started part-time or full inpatient treatment and have not yet taken part in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All persons who do not fulfill the inclusion criteria are excluded. Furthermore, persons who do not have an e-mail address or access to the Internet will be excluded, as both are necessary conditions for participation in the study via the online questionnaire.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Participants are asked by using an online questionnaire at 3 measurement points at the beginning of part-/full-time inpatient treatment (t1), at the end of this treatment (t2) and 12 weeks after the end of treatment (t3). Primary outcome of sthe study are: - physical activity in minutes/week seven days before admission (t1), last 7 days of treatment (t2) and last 7 days (t3) (BSA questionnaire) - self-efficacy expectations (self-constructed items, t1/t2/t3) - self-concordance of sport and exercise-related goals (SSK-Skala, t1/t2/t3) - contact to exercise professionals (instructor behavior in health-related physical exercise (TRV-G), Controlling Coach Behaviors Scale (CCBS), t2) - therapeutic alliance with exercise professionals (WAI, T2)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome of the study are: - subjective importance of sports and exercise therapies (self-constructed items, t1/t2/t3) - average number of steps/week using a personal tool (t1/t2/t3) - sports biography (self-constructed items, t1/t3) - subjective effectiveness of therapies (self-constructed items, t2)
