Inclusion criteria: Electronically documented treatment in the HIS (Hospital Information System) and PDMS (Patient Documentation System)

MeasureTime frame
Examinations of the impact of regular presentations of guideline adherence during quality management rounds on the incidence of outcome surrogate parameters such as treatment duration, ventilation duration, frequency and duration of delirium, coma, agitation, organ failure, and/or sepsis, the extent of occurring pain, as well as adherence to quality indicators of intensive care medicine.

Improvement of average guideline adherence over the intervention period (6 months) compared to the baseline period (12 months) prior through regular automated checks and presentation of guideline adherence during the quality management rounds.
