Group 1: 64 patients from mammography screening in 2013 and 34 patients from the curative sector - Senologie Helios Klinikum Krefeld from 2013. On the one hand, data will be retrospectively evaluated

Measure	Time frame
The primary project goal is the functional in situ characterization of mast cells and the mast cell-specific enzymes.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
The secondary project goal discusses whether there is any evidence to block the interaction of vasoactive substances in the tumor area with mast cell stabilizers. Furthermore, a secondary project goal would be to determine whether effects could be achieved with increased levels of histamine decarboxylase with histamine blockers.	—
