Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: LVO, treatment in the Department of Neurology, University of Leipzig, between 2012 and 2021; prospective part of the study: treatment from 09/01/2023

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: older infarcts, intracranial hemorrhages, onset of symptoms > 48 h
