Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students with sufficient knowledge of the German language who present themselves at the counseling centers of the Studentenwerk SH due to mental stress, who could benefit from "ACT for Health" from the counselors' point of view and who are interested in participating in the "ACT for Health" training
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students who are foreseeably unable to participate regularly and fully in the training offered and/or acute suicidal tendencies and mental illnesses of a degree of severity for which prompt, disorder-specific therapy in an inpatient setting is indicated
