Interventions

Group 1: Cardiac MRI examinations are performed according to clinical indication. Patients are divided into the following groups based on their underlying disease: Patients with ischemic heart disease

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female patients > 18 years of age with CMR within the last 12 months and diagnosed diseases such as: Acute perimyocarditis, chronic perimyocarditis, post-COVID syndrome, chronic coronary heart disease, previous myocardial infarction, arterial hypertension and hypertensive heart disease, diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without CMR due to contraindications or non-examination, for example due to claustrophobia or cerclage after sternotomy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint is CMR parameters, in particular T2 and T1 values of the patients in the above-mentioned study groups, in order to analyze differences between acute and chronic diseases.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary endpoint is laboratory values of inflammation in the patients of the above-mentioned study groups.
