| Use of preventive measures during pregnancy (independent pelvic floor training, pelvic floor physiotherapy, use of further professional counselling on delivery mode ( UR-CHOICE)). Comparison of the proportion of women who take advantage of preventive measures against pelvic floor dysfunction during pregnancy between the intervention groups (intervention group 1: questionnaires + flyer; intervention group 2: questionnaires + flyer + clarifying consultation with specific information) and the control group (questionnaires only). The study is divided into 4 phases: Phase 1: Recruitment in the first trimester (from 11+0 weeks' gestation), informed consent, medical history (age, comorbidities, previous operations, family history, BMI, graduation level, calculated due date), questionnaires +/- clarifying consultation with specific information about pelvic floor dysfunction and its prevention methods +/- information flyer. Phase 2: Questionnaires 6 weeks after the birth + telephone enquiry and, at the patient's request, pelvic floor check-up postpartum (urogynaecological examination) Phase 3: 6 months after the birth, telephone enquiry + questionnaires Phase 4: Questionnaires for 1 year after the birth + telephone enquiry - clarifying consultation with specific information about pelvic floor dysfunction and its prevention methods by an appropriately trained physician: with the following contents: general information, statistical data, risks and preventive measures for pelvic floor function and its disorders - Questionnaires: German pelvic floor questionnaire for pregnant women and women who have given birth (validated) and additional questionnaire created specifically for this study with questions on knowledge, wishes, subjective feelings about and preventive measures for pelvic floor and pregnancy/birth - Information flyer: Information about the correlation between pregnancy, birth and pelvic floor dysfunction based on summarised current literature in a leaflet | — |
