Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Confirmed diagnosis of a myopathy evaluated in this study - able to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Unclear neuromuscular disorder or symptoms, NMD not evaluated in this study - unable to give consent - pregnancy - tattoos of the skin in the examinated area - severe peripheral arterial disease

MSOT: quantitative lipide, collagen, haemo-/myoglobine, glycogene signal, muscle oxygenation RUCT (Hybrid reflected ultrasound computed tomography): Heckmatt scale, echogenity, grey value Clinical parameters: muscle strength, grip strength, 6 minute walking test, time to get up and go test Disease specific patient reported scales Vital capacity
