Group 1: Preterm infants born before 32 0/7 weeks of gestation with a birthweight <1500g born in the University's Hospital of Tübingen between Dec. 2023 and Dec. 2024

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: brithweight <1500g informed consent of mother and/or caregivers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: malformations, syndromal diseases, disorders of metabolism and asphyxia missing written consent

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Gestational age-dependent mean protein excretion (mg/g Creatinine) in spontaneous urine of immature preterm infants

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Median excretion of Albumin, A1-Mikroglobulin, A2-Mikroglobulin in spontaneous urine of immature preterm infants and relationship between increased postnatal protein excretion (>p90) and serum creatinine, urea and cystatin C at 4 months corrected age.
