Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants should have access to a smartphone (Android/ iOS) with internet connectivity 2) Participants should have sufficient proficiency in the German language 3) Participants may, but do not have to, exhibit a psychological abnormality
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participation in the Early SoDA project is not possible if the participant is experiencing an acute mental health crisis requiring immediate intervention, such as acute suicidality. In such cases, inpatient treatment would be indicated, and the support provided within the Early SoDA framework would not be sufficient.
