Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. SARS-CoV-2 infection (positive PCR or rapid antigen test), evidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection 12 weeks ago 2. Indication of a subjective reduction in performance/restrictions in everyday life (FAS score 22) 3. Echocardiography examination with LV function 50%; Time of investigation after the complaint began 4. Suitable for sports intervention according to the S1 guideline 5. Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of an acute other internal or neurological/psychiatric illness that explains the symptoms 2. Inability or medical unsuitability to take part in a sports intervention: SpO2 under exercise 90% or evidence of warning signs as part of the basic diagnostics 3. Presence of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) according to the diagnostic criteria of the Canadian Consensus criteria 4. Pacemaker 5. Atrial fibrillation 6. Pregnancy

1. Reducing the occurrence of PEM through specific training advice: DePaul Symptom Questionnaire - PEM (DSQ-PEM) 2. Improvement of cardiorespiratory performance: spiroergometric parameters VO2 peak, W max, O2 uptake at VT1; hemodynamic parameters and change in autonomic balance 3. Change in vascular stiffness: pulse wave velocity, aortic augmentation index, return time of aortic pulse wave 4. Analysis regarding physical activity completed: metabolic equivalents (MET) hours per day from fitness tracker plus activity diaries 5. exploratory data analysis regarding cognitive or psychological / psychosomatic impairments: evaluated, standardized questionnaires
