18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Heavy alcohol drinker; Willingness to use a smartphone; Sometimes feelings of loneliness and alcohol cravings.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary heart disease or heart failure; Body mass index is not over 35 or under 18; No uncorrectable visual or hearing impairment; No pregnancy.
