Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Crohn's disease with isolated involvement of the terminal Ileum Performed laparoscopically assisted ileocecal resection at least 6 month in the past, but no longer than 10 years European Clinical Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0,1 or 2 Signed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: emergency operation malignancy in the specimen
