Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| As a primary endpoint, we define differences between the affected eye and the healthy, contralateral eye in the macular, optic disc and peripapillary vessel area density of different layers, examined by optical coherence tomography-angiography. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Secondary endpoints include glaucomatic changes as measured by optical coherence tomography and differences in retinal nerve fiber layer thickness, endothelial cell thickness, mean deviation in perimetry, cup-disc ratio and foveal avascular zone. | — |
