Inclusion criteria: BSQ-8c sum score > 33
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - not fluent in German - planned or current gender affirming measures - impaired vision - BMI 35 - pregnancy or breastfeeding Diseases with a possible influence on brain metabolism - epilepsy - Diabetes mellitus (E10-E14 according to ICD-10) - Renal insufficiency, stage 3 or more according to the Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative - Hypertension, untreated (I10.x according to ICD-10) - Moderate or severe traumatic brain injury (GCS 3-12) or 2nd or 3rd degree traumatic brain injury
