To test the feasibility of a DBS-based screening and recruitment strategy for future EBV-studies.

1. Using a commercially available assay which detects EBV-specific antibodies in serum samples and evaluate if it can measure antibodies in a comparable manner in a different specimen, namely eluted DBS so that it can be used for epidemiological purposes 2. Assess the responsiveness of volunteers in a campaign with filter paper cards sent out via mail for blood self-collection 3. Establishment and testing of a simple, reliable and cost-effective screening method to identify EBV negative and positive individuals in the population 4. Estimate the EBV seroprevalence in a population of 18-25 years old individuals and ask for their general willingness to participate in potential future EBV research and studies.
