Group 1: Participants for the intervention group are recruited via proactive access channels. The intervention group will include people who are of working age, and are insured with the Deutsche Rente

Inclusion criteria: Working age, insured with Deutsche Rentenversicherung Mitteldeutschland, speaks German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute disease

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Work ability is measured twice before the intervention (t0, t1), after the initial phase of the intervention (t2) and at the end of the intervention (t3) using the Work Ability Index questionnaire; quality of life is measured at t0-t3 using the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire; Stress is measured at t0-t3 using the DASS-21 questionnaire; digital health literacy is measured at t0-t3 using the G-eHEALS questionnaire and a specially developed questionnaire, the eHealth and Use Scale with 14 items.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety and depressive symptoms are measured at t0-t3 with the DASS-21 questionnaire; self-efficacy at t0-t3 with the SWOPK-9 questionnaire; health behavior is measured at t0-t3 by individual items (alcohol consumption behavior, smoking behavior, physical activity behavior, dietary behavior).
