Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with a current physiotherapy prescription Shoulder pain lasting more than three months Not taking pain-relieving medications Healthy control subjects
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute injuries in the shoulder or spine area (under three weeks) that restrict the activities of daily living (ADL) for patients (essential activities necessary for meeting physical and psychological human basic needs), presence of general red flags (long-term use of corticosteroids, nausea, vomiting, fever). Acute lesions in the shoulder or spine area (under three weeks) significantly limiting the ADL functions of the patient (essential activities for meeting physical and psychological human basic needs not possible). Current intake of pain medications of any kind. Adhesive inflammation of the shoulder joint capsule - Frozen Shoulder (classified according to ICD-10 M75.0). Shoulder region arthrosis, not otherwise specified (classified according to ICD-10 M19.91). Cervical neuralgia, not otherwise specified (classified according to ICD-10 M54.2).
