Exclusion criteria: - manifestation of spinal disorders, e.g., acute disc herniation - difficulty regarding reliable information, e.g., dementia - no possibility of accessing the content via an electronic device (computer).

Quality of life: SF-36 elicitation at the beginning of the study and again after 8 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
fitness: inquiry: "How do you rate your fitness-level?" and performance of push-ups (number until exhaustion) and planks (time in seconds until exhaustion), measurement time points: at the beginning of the study and at 8 weeks for the final assessment.
