Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatient admission to the Paracelsus Hospital in Unterlengenhardt for the treatment of post-Covid syndrome 2. Diagnosis of post-Covid syndrome 3. Verbal informed consent to complete the questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious comorbidities that produce symptoms similar to post-Covid syndrome and therefore make it difficult to monitor treatment outcome, in particular: - Advanced oncological diseases with cancer-related fatigue - Advanced respiratory diseases with dyspnoea - Advanced cardiovascular diseases with dyspnoea and/or fatigue - Advanced neurological diseases with cognitive dysfunction and/or fatigue - Symptomatic endocrine diseases, e.g. hypothyroidism, with fatigue Insufficient German language skills to complete the questionnaires

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in the sum score of the FACIT fatigue scale (FACIT-F, Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy - Fatigue) between the values on admission to hospital and four weeks after discharge (follow-up)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Change in the Fatigue Impact Scale sum score (FIS) between the values on admission to hospital and four weeks after discharge (follow-up) - Change in the Multidimensional Dyspnoea Profile sum score (MDP) between the values on admission to hospital and four weeks after discharge (follow-up) - Other symptoms such as insomnia, depression, pain, loss of appetite and post-exertional malaise (PEM), recorded using a self-developed questionnaire ("Questionnaire on Covid-associated symptom burden" with 12 items, score for each symptom complex from 0 = no symptoms to 4 = very severe symptom burden)
