Inclusion criteria: patient or staff on forensic psychiatric ward

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no consent given to participate in the study

Contentment of the staff and the patients and their opinion on the ward climate and the relationship with one another Examined through the EssenCES as well as interviews and focus groups. EssenCES each after 2 new introduced interventions, interviews and focus groups roughly every 6 months during the introduction process
