Exclusion criteria: Severe or letal malformations

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Risk of development of bronchopulmonary dysplasie at 36 weeks or combined outcome BPD / death before 36 weeks of gestation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
(a) Risk of perinatal inflammation with elevated cord blood cytokines / chemokines and persistance for 4 weeks postnatally (b) Risk of complications (infection, sepsis, intraventricular hemorrhage, periventricular leukomalacia, necrotizing enterocolitis, retinopathia praematurorum) (c) Risk of developmental retardation at the corrected age of 24 months
